Visit Structure & Fees

1. Meet & Greet (15 mins – Virtual, Free)
A no-pressure intro to discuss your goals, explain the program, and answer questions. (No diagnosis or treatment provided.)

2. Initial Consultation (90 mins – Virtual) — $300 CAD
Review your full health history and skin concerns. Order any functional and serum labs needed. Set up your Rx Foods nutrition plan if desired. This visit lays the foundation for your personalized care.

3. Lab Review & Nutrition Visit (90 mins – Virtual) — $300 CAD
This appointment is ideally within 4 weeks of your 1st appointment. The time is used to  review your lab results together and assess your current nutrition and gut health. Implement your personalized treatment protocol based on your labs and goals.

4. Follow-Up Visits (45 mins – Virtual) — $175 CAD
Scheduled every 10 weeks to:

• Monitor progress

• Refine and change treatment protocols as needed

• Reassess labs if necessary
   

Please provide skin photos before each follow-up for visual tracking.
Rx Foods renewals can be booked anytime through Practice Better for your convenience.
 

Functional and Lab Investigation

Tests may include:

• GI-MAP (stool test to evaluate gut microbiome and pathogens)

• Organic Acids Test (OAT) (urine test for nutrient levels, detox capacity, and metabolism)

• Dutch Test (comprehensive hormone panel assessing adrenal and sex hormones)

• Serum labs (to assess inflammation, hormones, immune function, and nutrients)

Note: Functional test kits are mailed directly to your home. Payment is required before the kit is shipped to you. The cost of test kits is non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the completed kits according to provided instructions. These labs help tailor your care precisely to your unique physiology.​
