My Process: Your Path to Personalized Wellness

This is a step-by-step care model designed to support you from your first question to your long-term health goals. Whether you're just getting started or looking to maintain your progress, each stage is tailored to your unique physiology, lifestyle, and capacity.
 

 Step 1: Free 15-Minute Meet & Greet
A chance to ask questions, get to know each other, and determine if we’re the right fit. We'll briefly discuss your goals and how I may support you. No treatment or medical advice is provided in this session.

Step 2: Build Your Health Foundation (Initial Consultation – 90 mins)
We explore your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns to understand your unique needs. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap forward—focused on nutrition, stress, and key lifestyle strategies to lay the groundwork for healing.

Step 3: Lab Testing & Data Collection (as needed)
We may use standard or functional lab tests to uncover root causes and assess deeper patterns. Tools like RS Foods may help personalize nutritional guidance and highlight dietary triggers or deficiencies.

 Step 4: Personalized Health Plan (Lab Review or First Follow-Up – 60 mins)
Your lab results and early progress inform a treatment plan tailored to your goals, biology, and lifestyle. Your plan may include:

  • Targeted supplementation

  • Herbal medicine

  • Acupuncture

  • Custom meal plans

  • Lifestyle therapies

Step 5: Ongoing Support (Follow-Ups – 45 or 60 mins)
These sessions adapt your plan as your needs evolve. They may include:

  • Manual therapy

  • Acupuncture

  • One-on-one movement therapy (e.g., Yin Yoga)

  • Virtual or in-person consultations for continued support

 Step 6: Lab Re-testing & Protocol Refinement
At key checkpoints, we may retest to track physiological changes. Together, we’ll:

  • Reassess key markers

  • Reduce or adjust your protocol

  • Align care with where you are now

​

Step 7: Maintenance & Continued Care
With your main concerns addressed, we shift into proactive care. This stage focuses on:

  • Sustaining progress

  • Catching imbalances early

  • Staying aligned with your health span goals

  • Maintaining therapies that continue to support you
