Introducing Our Monthly Yin Yoga Wellness Workshops

Join us for a 75–90 minute integrative workshop designed to gently support your body, mind, and overall wellbeing. Each month features a unique theme, a thoughtfully sequenced yin yoga practice, hands-on adjustments, and acupuncture to encourage relaxation and balance. Participants also receive general lifestyle guidance rooted in naturopathic principles, and a soothing botanical tea to enjoy.
